A passport is a travel document, usually issued by a country’s government to its citizens, that certifies the identity and nationality of its holders, primarily for the purpose of international travel. Compulsory requirement for fresh passport / renewal/ additional booklet/ change in address:

Stay Proof- Nationalized Bank Passbook or Bank Passbook, Electricity bill and telephone bill. (Above address proof has to be more than 1 year old).

Birth Proof- School / college leaving certificate, Birth certificate

Photo ID- Pan card, Aadhar card.

Education proof- SSC Marksheet/ Pass certificate or HSC Marksheet/Pass certificate, convocation (degree certificate + 3 years Marksheet for ECNR purpose. If not applicable, then last 3 years income tax papers).

Marriage certificate- In case of ladies compulsory.

For Minor Applicant, original passport of mother and father, if not legal guardian:1 passport.

In case of renewal, original old Passport, and relevant copies as per requirement.

PCC

Original passport with 2 photo copies, 8 front facing photos with white background (size 3.5 x 3.5 cm).
